The Panama Papers
With the help of the Stanford Center for Spatial and Textual Analysis and a team of collaborators, I analyzed the publically available data on the panama papers to find a narrative among the numbers. Through geospatial analysis, we dispelled misconceptions of causation and unraveled complex networks of corruption.
Blood, Oil, & ISIS
I used python to collect over 20,000 twitter accounts with probable ties to ISIS. I then correlated this data with known hotbeds, oilfields, demographic conflicts, and attacks. I displayed the revelatory information on interactive maps with time-projections to chart the rise and fall of ISIS.
